For each planned activity, we organize a pick-up service from your accommodation. The exact pick-up time will be communicated to you in advance. Our representative will meet you at your accommodation and take you to the activity. After the activity, you’ll be taken back to your accommodation.
Our airport pick-up service ensures a stress-free transfer from the airport to your accommodation. Once you’ve collected your luggage and cleared customs, our representative will be waiting for you at the exit with a sign bearing your name, and will take you to your accommodation.
Included activities vary according to the type of holiday chosen. They can include visits to popular tourist sites, culinary experiences, leisure activities such as desert safaris, and much more. Specific details are indicated in each itinerary.
Our “Turnkey” offers are all-inclusive packages covering accommodation, meals, activities and transfers. “À la carte” offers allow you to choose and combine different activities and services according to your preferences. “Getaways” are short stays, usually 2-3 days, offering a condensed Dubai experience.

Yes, we understand that plans are subject to change. If you wish to change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your changes, subject to availability.
If an activity you have booked is cancelled, we will contact you immediately to inform you. We will then offer you either an alternative activity or a full refund of the cancelled booking, whichever you prefer.
